What if your next chapter isn’t about doing more…

But becoming more yourself?

Beneath the responsibilities, expectations, and endless demands of daily life are parts of you that still know how to play, imagine, create, and ultimately lead.

They haven’t disappeared.

They’ve simply been waiting for space.

This immersive retreat is designed for therapists, helping professionals, and creative entrepreneurs who know something inside them is asking for a different way of living and working.

Together, we’ll reconnect with the parts of you that have been quietly asking for more, rediscover what makes you feel most alive, and begin creating a life and career that feels nourishing instead of depleting.

Why This Retreat Exists

Somewhere along the way…

…many of us stopped hearing ourselves.

We became incredibly good at caring for others.

We built careers.

Raised families.

Completed endless to-do lists.

Supported clients.

Held everything together.

From the outside, life might even look successful.

But underneath that competence, we have lost touch with the parts of ourselves that help us feel the most alive. The most ourself.

The playful part that wasn’t afraid to be goofy.

The creative part that LOVED making things simply because it was fun.

The courageous part that imagined a different future.

The curious part that wants to explore, wonder, and keep learning.

Those parts aren’t gone.

They’re simply harder to hear when life becomes filled with urgency, obligation, and noise.

And when the voices that whisper, “That’s not practical,” or “Who do you think you are?” become louder than your own inner knowing.

This retreat isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

It’s more than just relaxing days away.

It’s a space to reconnect with parts of yourself that have been long buried. Parts that are playful, hold incredible ideas, and cannot wait to be with you again.

Not by escaping your life.

By creating the conditions to return to yourself.

    A Reunion

    This isn’t simply a retreat.

It’s a reunion with the parts of yourself that have been patiently waiting beneath the noise of everyday life.

The playful part that isn’t afraid to look a little silly.

The creative part that’s been carrying ideas you haven’t had the space to explore.

The courageous part that knows there may be another way.

The curious part that still wants to learn, wonder, and grow.

The part that trusts your intuition.

The part that feels deeply alive.

These parts aren’t asking you to become someone new.

They’re inviting you to remember who you’ve always been.

They cannot wait to be with you again.

    What Makes This Retreat Different?

You’ve probably attended workshops, read books, listened to podcasts, and maybe even completed years of therapy.

    Those experiences matter.

But information alone rarely changes our lives.

Real change happens when we create the conditions to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and begin living differently.

That’s why this experience is intentionally designed to be more than a four-day retreat.

Before we gather on Lake Michigan, we’ll begin building connection through a live group call.

During the retreat, you’ll experience creativity, play, movement, reflection, meaningful conversation, spaciousness, and rest.

Then, instead of saying goodbye and hoping the inspiration lasts, we’ll continue meeting together for two months as you begin integrating what you’ve rediscovered into your everyday life.

Because transformation rarely happens in one magical weekend.

It unfolds when insight is supported by practice, community, and enough time for a new way of living to emerge.

    What Becomes Possible

When we create enough space to truly hear ourselves again, something begins to shift.

    You may leave with…

    • A creative idea you’ve been carrying for years that finally feels ready to take shape.
    • Greater trust in your own instincts.
    • More clarity about what you want your work and life to look like.
    • Permission to pursue what feels deeply meaningful, even if it doesn’t look like everyone else’s path.
    • New relationships with people who understand the questions you’re asking.
    • Practical next steps and two months of support to help you integrate what you’ve discovered.
