About Me

As a psychologist working with people with eating and weight struggles, I have seen how challenging, yet crucial, it is to learn to listen to our bodies.

To do so, we must better understand the ways we have learned to protect ourselves (e.g., diet mentality, self-doubt, perfectionism, overworking) and help those parts shift to even more valuable roles. I’ve witnessed the amazing things we  can do when we are set free from this struggle. 

As a person who has had many protective parts over the years (binge eating parts, overworking parts), I understand the parts that protect us from truly listening to our body and our deepest desires. I would love to help you find innovative solutions for healing so you can harness your unique strengths, confidently help your clients heal, and lean in with joy into the rest of your life.
